DB Regio Tyne & Wear Ltd (DBTW) took over the operation of the Tyne & Wear Metro on 1st April, and ITAL is delighted to have been chosen to provide revenue protection services to DBTW. 

We began work on 1st April too, and are providing PFN Processing, Appeals, Prosecutions Administrative Support, VirtualCredit and VirtualMinder services.
